Poynton vets 4 Sheffield Vets 3
Fantastic win for the vets. Some outstanding performances. Defence was as tight as ever. Barney commanded the back four really well. Midfield won every 50/50 ball. Lincoln linked up well with the 2 up front.
Paul and Bettsy worked hard all game.
Goal scorers Belly's mate, can't remember his name, got 2, worked really well, hopefully will sign next season. Bettsy got 2 and his second was goal of the season for me. Got the ball at the halfway line, dummies the defender did 3 or 4 Ronaldo step overs and was fetched down just outside the box. Betsey put the ball down, took 3 steps back and 2 to the side and whipped in what i would say was just like watching Beckham lol ;D.
I count that 12 in 12 for the big number 11.
